Due to the nature of the item all orders are FINAL sale. I currently do not accept refunds or exchanges, but if there is an issue with your order please contact me.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be completed. If you require your order to be delivered/picked up sooner, send us a message via Instagram @sunnyside.shopping and we will try to accommodate your requests.

LOCAL T-BAY PICKUP:

If you live in Thunder Bay, choose the FREE pickup option at checkout and you will be able to pickup directly my home! Simply make a purchase and wait for your pickup notification.
